Good day,
Hi. I am in my 40's with very fair skin, using the Glycolic 40 peel once a week. I am now coming up on ten weeks and my spots are brighter than ever. Please let me know what to expect next. Thank you |

Age spots form at the base layer of the epidermis, and by the time they are visible, they will be present on every layer beneath. Melanin imbalances often can self-correct over time, in which case treatment with glycolic acid can lift affected layers over a 10 to 12 week cycle. In cases where imbalances persist and continue to create uneven pigment, adjunctive therapy may be required. The Advanced Melanin Repair Serum contains alpha arbutin, an active ingredient that helps balance melanin distribution before pigment can form.
