Glycolic Acid Peel 50

Recommended for use by professionals or under the direction of a physician, KAVI Glycolic Acid 50 is buffered to a pH of 2.1 and is formulated at a concentration of 50%. This glycolic acid peel will comprehensively exfoliate the skin's layers of dead skin cells, which will continue to flake off for up to 72 hours after treatment.

Resorbed glycolic acid at this concentration will provide a rapidly accelerated rate of healthy skin cell regeneration for a seven-day period following exfoliation, helping to lift hyperpigmentation (age spots), acne scarring, actinic keratosis, hyperkeratosis, seborrheic keratosis, and wrinkles. Contains Ultrapure® Glycolic Acid* (50%), deionized water, hydroxyethylcellulose, glycerin, witch hazel, sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride, allantoin, benzyl alcohol, methylisothiazolinone, citric acid. (*USP certified)

Every full facial glycolic peel requires approximately 3.5mL of solution.

Love this product. A few days post peel my skin feels really smooth and looks very bright. I also like the consistency of the peel. Its very easy to apply.

Advantages: Easy to apply. Smooth soft skin for the fraction of the cost of microdermabrasion or in office peels.

Haven't been using this long enough to know for sure, but so far it seems that my age spots are fading. No noticeable difference in acne scars or large pores, but it is still early so I'm still hopeful. The consistency is more gel-like than liquid, which makes for easy application. Even on my sensitive skin, this only causes a very slight burning sensation.....very tolerable.
