medical spas, and select day spas. Membership into the network costs nothing and confers all the privileges of a KAVI partner to approved members.

| Access to Medical Product Lines |

In addition to the products available on the main KAVI web site, KAVI Partners also have access to medical product lines available only in the Physician/HCP Portal. These include unbuffered
glycolic acid peels in concentrations from 30% to as high as 70%, and with pH ranging from 1.2 to 0.6. The Physician/HCP Portal also carries salicylic acid peels in concetrations as high 35%, the
strongest available anywhere.

Volume discounts to KAVI's most popular cleansers, moisturizers, and serums are also available through the Physician/HCP Portal. Pack sizes begin as low as 20 units. Larger containers (up to 150 fluid
ounces) for use at spas and skin care centers are also available. For your convenience, profit analysis tables are provided for you to help you compute your resale costs and profits.
