Three different people use this in conjunction with coral Kavi but alternate between Salicylic Acid 15 or the Sulfur Suspension (depending on the severity of the acne or the dryness of the skin). The teenagers love the Suspension and it's typically their go-to choice.
Advantages: reduces oil, soothing effect
Disadvantages: doesn't combat severe acne as much as other products

This suspension has prevented the hormonal acne that I've struggled with for the last couple of years. It has taken the place of the Unblemish regimen I was using by Rodan and Fields. It's superior and cheaper and more effective for my acne. It has a slight sulfur smell, so I only apply it at night with my fingers after shaking well. It's also a great spot treatment. I don't even have to use benzoyl peroxide anymore as I was using with the Unblemish regimen. It's helped save my skin.
Advantages: Little goes a long way
Effective on hormonal acne
Great for oily skin
Spot treatment
Disadvantages: Slight smell
Can be difficult to apply
Drying-follow with moisturizer

Though this was too harsh for regular use all over my face, I found this helpful for cystic acne that would appear on the rest of my body.
Advantages: Strong for less sensitive areas such as shoulders, back, etc.
Disadvantages: Was too strong to use as regularly on my face,

I used this over my whole face with the Coral KAVI initially. The combo was way too drying even for my oily skin.
I prefer it as a spot treatment.
To save, I didn't apply it to a cotton ball. I shook it and poured it out on two fingers.
Advantages: Effective in drying out pimples.
Disadvantages: leaves behind a residue.
